Shipping policy

1. Deliveries are made exclusively within Italy, to the postal address provided by the registered user in the order form, with the territories of Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino, and Vatican City explicitly excluded. It is understood that the address provided by the registered user in the order form is considered the shipping address and cannot, under any circumstances, be changed after the completion of the purchase process. The registered user is solely responsible for the address provided for shipping. To prevent potential fraud, the delivery courier reserves the right to verify the identity of the registered user by checking an identity document to confirm that the order details match the payment information. For the same purpose, the registered user must provide a phone number, preferably a mobile number, to be used during the transaction or delivery, as well as the name to be displayed on the doorbell or intercom at the delivery address.

2. Delivery times are those indicated during the purchase process. If no specific delivery date is provided, delivery will take place no later than 30 (thirty) days from the confirmation of the order by Richard&Co.

3. Upon delivery of the Products to the designated courier, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the registered user, containing, if possible, the tracking code to check the status of the shipment on the courier’s website. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during regular business hours, excluding public holidays.

4. Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the registered user at the address provided in the order form. No upstairs delivery.

5. In the event that delivery is prevented due to force majeure, Richard&Co. cannot be held liable under any circumstances.

6. In the event of non-delivery or late delivery of the product, the registered user may submit a complaint to Richard&Co. by email at richard.co120796@gmail.com, indicating the order number and date as shown in the order confirmation email, as well as the details of the invoice issued. Richard&Co. will examine the complaint and communicate the outcome to the registered user as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date the complaint is submitted. If it is determined that the non-delivery or delay is attributable to Richard&Co. and does not result from an already resolved delivery impossibility, accidental circumstances, or force majeure:

  1. In the event of non-delivery, Richard&Co. will refund the amounts paid by the registered user as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the claim. The refund amount will be communicated via email and credited using the same payment method used by the registered user, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, or via a voucher. It is understood, however, that Richard&Co. assumes no responsibility for delays in the posting of the refund that depend on the payment method used by the registered user, Richard&Co.’s bank, or the registered user’s bank. The registered user’s ability to participate in ongoing commercial offers remains unaffected;
  2. In the case of delivery delayed by more than 30 (thirty) days compared to the specific delivery time indicated on the Site or, where applicable, the maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date following the order placement, if the registered user wishes to keep the purchased products, Richard&Co. will refund the amounts paid by the registered user for shipping costs as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date the complaint is submitted. If, instead, the registered user does not wish to keep the products, the previous paragraph will apply.
