Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, never worn or used, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

To request a return, you must log in to your account.

  1. Click on the profile icon 👤 in the store navigation: in the email field, enter the email address used at the time of purchase, then click CONTINUE.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in it.
  3. Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
  4. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
  5. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  6. Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store.
  7. Click on REQUEST RETURN. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the item is returned, you will receive a refund.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or customized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in your possession and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, never worn or used, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
